The dirtbag got what he deserved, though the daughter is 23 now and should be identified. Shield laws have gone too far. As difficult as it is in rape/sexual assault cases, a defendant has a Constitutional right to face accusers, and they should be named publicly, excepting those who are minors at time of trial.
