We constantly see articles that claim, “HSBC paid $1.9 billion in fines...” but they NEVER say to WHOM. It seems it is always to ACORN or La Raza. There are RICO cases here that make themselves and if We and Trump can’t fix it then We got a problem.

Not that it matters to the current administration, but this practice is an unconstitutional appropriation of federal funds without Congressional authority.

Of course, the banks must shift the costs back to their customers. We end up having banking perks eliminated, loan interest rates rise while savings interests tank. Remember when we got free checks, interest on regular checking accounts, free toasters and the interest on savings encouraged people to save. Today, customers must pay the banks.
