Apparently she’s claiming to not have known. Not sure why she thinks she has a claim against Subway. The families, yes, certainly.
We know as fact that Jared already settled with the minors. My guess (and this is pure speculation on my part) - Jared in paying the fines, probably drained the bank account and wife has zip as a result of the divorce. I suspect that she’s looking to cash in, as well.
