No. It’s on the ballot and expected to pass with 72% in favor. At least according to “polls”. I never knew there were so many in favor of medical marijuana there.

WHat litigation?? I live in the Florida Keys, just south of Miami. I early voted, and it was on my ballot. But Broward county uses different ballots since many on the ballots are for different districts. I did hear that Broward was missing the pot amendment. It needs to pass by 60% of the votes. Last time, 2 years ago, it only had 57% and lost.
