It is far worse than shrugs. The FBI was actively scheming, probably with the Clintons, on figuring out how to let her go. They determined which witnesses to call, how long to interview them, decided to not record the meetings, didn’t march in and take evidence but asked lawyers “would you please turn over your evidence,” destroyed evidence after the sham investigation was over, failed to follow up on key evidence, and lots more.
NONE of this was casual carelessness or “shrugs.” This was a designed plot by the FBI to let her skate.
The FBI leadership are all felons.
Or Elliott Ness, early J. Edgar Hoover, Woodward & Bernstein, Richard Nixon (pre-VP). The country has none of these men or women anymore?

As you stated, no one in the FBI has come forward on this. As such, they are complicit with all the criminal activity that is being ignored, covered up, and condoned. They ALL know about it. They have done nothing to stop it.

I’ve always wondered, of all the qualified people Clinton could have chosen for leadership positions, why would she select somebody that is such an obvious security risk?
