I like what Carl Bernstein said: The FBI wouldn’t bring this up unless it was a real bombshell. I agree, they could have found clear cut evidence of espionage. We have people serving life in prison right now for doing the same exact thing. Matter of fact there is even a former FBI guy by the name of Robert Hanssen serving FIFTEEN consecutive life sentences at Colorado supermax for sending classified info to the Russians. And if you know Colorado Supermax, that’s the prison where you are in solitary 23 hours a day and one hour to walk around in a separate cage.
