Because she doesn't care about women, she cares about herself and her attainment of power. Dirt like that can cleave a man to a woman like no other. She knows everything about Bill Clinton, and therefore has the power to destroy him. And she was in the process of instructing Huma in the same tactics. Dinesh D'Souza sort of laid out Hillary's M.O. regarding Bill in the last film. I believe she was mentoring Huma to use Weiner in the same way she had used Bill.
