Are Philly voters able to request and use a paper ballot?...They don’t read cursive, just electronic.

The next best thing the GOP can do is support the ongoing Philly transit strike.

Total BS ruling. All precincts should have equal dems and equal repub reps at all times. Election laws need to be changed.

Great analogy, and I hope correct one too.

I say people should ignore this judge. Obama picks and chooses which rulings he wants to obey.

I’m sick of the fricking Democrats always using their tired, worn out reasoning that Republicans want to disenfranchise blacks, and minorities. They are the ones who do that. When will the Republicans come up with a good counter punch in the courts to overcome this sh**?

The RNC has said in legal motions that it is not involved in poll watching, which would violate a long-standing court order. I dimly recall seeing the back story on this somewhere in a past election cycle. Something about the court order being maintained by an otherwise long retired elderly judge whose only legal action each year is to renew this order. Getting rid of this absurdity needs to be on the list of things for Trump to fix. Poll 'watching' should be on the list of proper things for political parties to engage in, RNC, DNC, minor parties etc. Though they shouldn't engage in electioneering at the polls.

Obama got a total of 19,605 votes in 59 voting divisions to zero for Mitt Romney and not far from the 100 precincts in Ohio where Obama got 99 percent of the vote, a feat not even achieved by third-world dictators. And if anything like that happens again, the RNC, the State Committees, the FEC and the Trump campaign should insist that the tallies from those divisions be thrown out.
There will be huge lawsuits and court action...probably even more intense.

Actually, they were NOT monitoring voting, they were harassing white voters outside the polling place. Let’s say you’re a 65 year-old white woman, you approach your polling place and there are two black guys carrying clubs and wearing military-style clothing. You gonna go in...?
But yet, somehow, poll watchers aren’t allowed. They don’t call it “Philthydelphia” for nothing.

Total BS ruling. All precincts should have equal dems and equal repub reps at all times. They can have equal representation. They just need to come from the same county where the vote is taking place.
