You know exactly who took those papers...Hillary and her gang of POS’s....
He was after TWO things and they know the GENERAL nature of the docs he took:
1. The Sudan HAD OBL and offered him to the USA under Clinton not once but TWO times. For unknown reasons this offer was totally rebuffed by the Clinton Admin
2. SOMETHING about the Millenial Bomb Plot - one of the targets was LAX but there were other targets around the world.
In both these 2 areas there were multiple copies of the docs but the copies stolen featured hand-written NOTES on them —they needed those written notes (by the Clinton Admin, maybe HRC or Bill) to go away.
So it’s SOMETHING ABOUT THEIR PRE 9-11 ACTIVITY.

Berger incurred a felony and lost his security clearance however he was never imprisoned.

Way back in Clinton’s 1st presidential run the Bush people went to the ‘State Department’ ;-( to look at bills passport file to find out about his travels as a Rhodes Scholar but when they got there the file was gone. The media changed the point of the story from the stolen file to how awful it was that the Bush people went to look at it.
At the time it was rumored that Bill had spent an inordinate amount of time in Moscow. But with thr file missing . . .

You have no idea how big a “fix” was in on covering up for Sandy Berger’s thefts which should have gotten him a minimum of 5 years in jail (as a felon).
People at the National Archives were crapping in their pants when they learned how their vaunted security system collapsed like a stack of dried dog crap. Even the IG was outraged.
National security documents were destroyed, not just stolen and hidden outside of the Archives.
I was reportedly a CYA effort to keep certain information from the public which would have severely damaged Clinton’s reputation and public image.
The whole thing still stinks but nobody is talking. That, in and of itself, is worth a Trump era Grand Jury investigation. Screw Berger. Even if he is dead, we can dig up his body and swear him in. Maybe dead men can talk - you just have to find the right papers and perhaps, tapes.
I would tend to think Obama and his administration the more likely culprits, to get dirt on the Clintons.
