Are they sure Russians have not implemented countermeasures? If they didn't, wouldn't they surely do after this announcement? No element of surprise in a war? Putin must be laughing out loud at Kremlin. Spooks are in sad shape lately, used as PR outfit for an incompetent government to score cheap political points to domestic audience. To so-called powerful elites, is this the way you would conduct your business to protect your obviously important interests? Did wealthy donors pay enormous sum of money to buy politicians who can only deliver this cr*p as viable solution?
