Mary and John I think you should give notice when changing strategies which have been long in place. I immediately realized something was different by the shape of the box and I contemplated who would be sending me something in the square shaped box.

Lo and behold, instead of pasta and wonderful sauces, it was a lovely, tempting assortment of cheeses,

Yummy.

I am awaiting the return of my children and grandchildren from their holiday travels so that we can demolish them.

No, we haven’t tested that specifically but we have tested with some success the values like the Golden Rule and not judging others when it comes to social issues (not economic). The GOP, whether it be social or economic, tend to judge people harshly and I also wonder if there is a “you haven’t walked in their shoes” frame, especially given what we have seen in the ethnojournals.

On the “moderate” issue, to expand on Joel’s insights, we found that in the last several election cycles analyzing moderates was much more important than “independents” who had become a dumping ground for pissed off Republicans. —
