What happens in the event of a tie on Tuesday?

This is addressed in the 12th Amendment. Each state would send its results to the vice president who acts as president of the Senate. This would occur in December. In the event of a tie, the new Congress would defer to the House of Representatives who decides the next president. The Senate then decides who would be the vice president.

This last occurred in 1824 between John Quincy Adams and Andrew Jackson (who had the most popular votes). The House picked Adams. As a result, the four parties involved in that election split apart and resulted in the modern-day foundation we call Republicans and Democrats.

Since the House is Republican controlled, Trump would likely win in the event of a tie on Tuesday. (hat tip Bryan Crabtree townhall.com)

Let’s be real. Obama perfected the election fraud machine into the 10 plus percentage range.

This week we will see 20% fraud.

Look at the Hill vs. Bernie in CA to see about a 20% fraud result. By that I mean look at the polls vs. the final results.

Although they are the best cheaters in history they didn’t do everything right. They should have sat on the Trump tape until much closer to the election.

Trump did as well as anyone could have against these liars and cheaters. Remember I am saying a 10% landslide for him in the actual vote, which is the largest landslide in modern history.

The RATs have allowed massive numbers illegal immigrants to vote, they have had courts throw out voter ID laws, they have the same Soros machines used in Venezuela for a large percentage of the vote while most republicans are afraid of their shadows.

I am still going to get out there and spend hours in line to vote, but let’s not forget reality.
