1. He probably had been asked to provide an update by today. They may not have yet gone through 1% of the new emails.

2. Something is going on we know nothing of and he knows there’s others that will blow the whistle.

The fact that there’s new emails not in wikileaks that relate to State Dept. work means she intentionally deleted them. The claim of “no intent” is absurd.
