Philly is kind of an oddball case because it’s a battleground state with their major city under a transit strike. That may be why there’s the heavy push for free rides. The girl that posted that tweet blocked me almost immediately after I followed her, so it appears that they’re trying to keep this “in the family”.
The irony is it is democrats who will probably eventually succeed in shutting down things like Uber and AirBnB
