The context of Julian’s statement was what is he trying to have Wikileaks do? Install Trump as President?

His answer is that WITHOUT WIKILEAKS the banks, big money, etc. would not permit Trump to be President.

BUT WITH WIKILEAKS Trump has a chance to overcome these forces because they are exposed.
