Are there any legal repercussions for CNN? Can they have their FCC license pulled/suspended? CNN isn't a broadcaster. They are distributed via closed cable or satellite systems, and no broadcaster license is required.
(Any license is held by the satellite operator)

CNN doesn’t have an FCC license. CNN is a cable channel, not a broadcast network.
