D C 's January temperature ranges from about 50 down to 10 degrees. Reagan held the outdoor events in 1986 indoors due to below zero wind chill numbers. I plan to go to Trump's inauguration and parade and hope it will be closer to 50.
Freepers had our own inaugural balls in 2001 and 2005. I hope we have another one.
I have no doubt that they WILL be there!
