I noticed yesterday that FOX reported that Bill had contacted--I think phoned--Trump to congratulate him. Going forward, Bill's pitch will be, "I can pick up the phone and call President Trump for you. I can't do it too often, but I can do it, and if you want me to, it's gonna cost you a lot."
