Then have his own tech experts (not government employees) check for computer bugs, phone taps, recorders, etc., etc.

Now that you say that, I believe one of the biggest mistakes that George Bush made was he didn't make a good enough effort to rid his administration of all the liberals that Bill had installed in every nook and cranny of our government...

When Trump says he will drain the swamp...THATS EXACTLY what he should do..!! Flush them ALL out..!!
