The editors of National Review are recommending John Bolton for SOS.
I am opposed to Bolton. Two years ago I would be tickled at the prospect but now, no way. If Lowry would ask me why I'd object to Bolton, my reply would be, "Because you wish it."
One of the best arguments against appointing him.

The fact that they’re trying to tell a guy they hate what to do is enough to go against Bolton. Too bad Jesse Helms is not still around.
I wasn’t sure about Bolton but a National Review endorsement is the kiss of death.

His name has come up as a possible fit for this role ever since Trump won the nomination. Some of us have been saying all along that he's a "neo-con" globalist who shouldn't be allowed within 100 miles of Washington DC. Trump can't drain the swamp if he appoints someone like Bolton who has been living there oozing its stench for 35 years.
Told you guys...they read on here and whatever we write they put in an article on....just earlier today we were talking about Bannon, Prebius, or Bolton as Sec. of State or President Advisor...and here they are printing it like they just got a lead...

Bolton would best serve us by being UN ambassador. He HATES the UN and so does Trump.
The only way to fix the Dept of State is to get someone who understands communism, and knows the harm it brings.
And knows how to get rid of it. As it is, Dept of State is a hornet’s nest of anti-American communists.
Sems like a very sensible guy. But, recommendation by the National review is disqualifying in my book.
