Among the first casualties could be the Green Climate Fund (GCF), meant to help developing countries act. Rich nations promised the GCF $10 billion in a first round of funding in 2014, including $3.0 billion from the United States.

Sorry but we need the $3 billion here. Typical world wide fund United States kicks in largest share of money.

Maybe they can get it from the Clinton Foundation. Whatever that noble cause did not already spend on Haiti,.....

Add a line to the tax form for people to voluntarily increase their taxes to fund it.

See, so called climate change, it’s all about money, about redistribution of wealth.

President-elect Donald Trump's policies are likely to make it harder for developing nations to obtain the growing finance they need to combat climate change

Do these people write this stuff with a straight face or do they spew their coffee through their nostrils all over their 'puters as they write this stuff?

That money is needed here; poor nations should adopt freedom/capitalistic governments so then they could become rich and fight climate change on their own.

I studied history like everyone else in school. I don’t remember reading about any countries giving us money so we could grow with it. We did it ourselves, the old fashioned way, by acting like a growing nation by trading and supporting ourselves first. Want to be a growing nation, great. But you’re not our growing nation. And maybe you shouldn’t be a growing nation if you are so reliant on help in today’s world and aren’t prepared to be a nation. We’ve got our own problems that foreign welfare adds to.

What climate change? Be specific. And how are those dollars going to be used to combat this mythical dragon? And how will the taxpayers that supplied those dollars be benefited?

This is the second most important reason I did not want a hillary win. The Donald will, hopefully, end all this AGW nonsense, once and for all.

The 3 billion would mostly stay ‘here’- in the hands of donor/cronies paid to make or provide the “green” assistance.
That’s how ‘foreign aid’ works.

Maybe some money can instead be spent for things/help that would actually do the poor some good.

Nothing more than an Obama slush fund to redistribute American tax dollars to the Third World.

Terminate it.

You mean we the People won't have to keep all them third world countries on our Welfare rolls? Maybe they'll learn to fend for themselves once they can't bask in their poverty and not have to worry about making a living.

Just as Johnson and the ensuing liberal agenda created a huge welfare State by disincentivizing so many, we have done the same to a number of other Nations...

“President-elect Donald Trump’s policies are likely to make it harder for developing nations to obtain the growing finance they need to combat climate change...”

To go along with the fiction as to the causes of global warning, the developing nations are not one of them. This is an admission that the global warning nonsense is only a means for wealth confiscation, redistribution, and regimentation of the populations.

Let them have a bake sale to raise money. To hear them tell it, you’ll be able to just set the pans right out on the street.

Climate funds for poor? That’s three liberal buzz words, crammed together in a phrase that means absolutely nothing.

Some of these country’s problems could be attributed to climate, but it’s not man-caused climate so the money spent on climate change is a total waste.
