With the sudden demise of the House of Clinton combined with Trumps victory at the polls could it be that finally the lefts 50 year old love affair with 1960's politics and culture is dead?

The 60’s has left so much damage in our society it’s why a candidate like Hillary could get nominated, let alone voted for by so many.
It’s gonna take a lot of work to fix this.
Remember, Reagan had eight years but the 60’s kept doing their damage all the way through. It was just a reprieve.
I think Trump will start a return of the USA to a more traditional culture and politics. I could be wrong but I feel the worm has turned. Enough with the 60’s already. I hate that damn decade.
Unfortunately, the ones that support that and aren’t on TV are partially in the baby boomer crowd that are now starting to retire.
That means it could actually get worse.

I find it disgusting how the ‘60s are being sold to the Millenials. They tried the same thing with Generation X that I’m a part of (yes, I was one of those 1990s slackers). TV and movies are selling it as, “Oh, it was so great. You could high and drunk all the time and nobody cared. It was a great time before the old sober twits got jealous of us because we knew how to have a good time and ruined it.”
I can remember this:
