The free face time I’m talking about was solid respect and discussion, like the 15 minutes he and he alone got after each debate, with carefully selected questions to allow him to cover all the issues favorably.

I watched every debate and everything connected with them, before and after each debate.
With each debate, he normally got the first question, which was loaded to make him look like a fool, as in the case of Megyn Kelly, Chris Wallace; questions about his ability to handle the nuclear trigger, questions about his mental stability; negative accusations thrown at him by fellow candidates, etc. Those kinds of questions are smears within themselves, designed to destroy him. The sessions you mention never occurred. I challenge you to submit any videos where what you stated occurred.

Crazy bitterness? It was the democrats who insist, in an effort to de-legitimatize Trump, before the election, that the media built Trump up so Hillary could trounce him. Most Trump supporters said that Trump would trounce Hillary by himself. He did.
