MSM ignored this story in favor of a story about some obscure county clerk in West Virginia who referred to Michelle Obama as an "ape in heels" in a Tweet. MSN also ignored the hundred of "assassinate Trump" tweets that have been going on since the election.

The county clerk denied her comment was intended as racist, and I actually believe her. Unlike liberals, I do not automatically think of black people when I hear the word "ape". For me, "ape" serves as a derogatory reference for people of any skin color whom I find objectionable.
