The rumors that Rudy is getting that spot are very confusing to me. I think Rudy could do the job but he's obviously way more qualified for AG. As a businessman I don't see how Trump could think that Rudy is more qualified for SoS than AG.

I saw on Fox News this morning that Rudy has apparently told Trump he is not interested in being AG. The buzz is that he wants the SoS position, and therefore will probably get it.

That makes no sense to me. I saw Rudy talk about how well he knows the DoJ. He's been involved in the criminal justice system his entire career. Why would he want to be SoS?
