OK...two-thirds vote of the House *and* Senate.Then,three quarters of the states's legislatures must approve.It's easy to see the states that The Former Twelfth Lady carried voting in favor.It's just as easy to see the ones (most of the ones,at least) that DJT carried voting against.
So that would be something like 20 aye,30 nay.
