That is not acceptable. Not at all. There is no reason why a vet’s service cannot be verified and at least be given a routine checkup on the same day.

In the pre-Clinton era, I did just that. I never believed my Vet Svc Officer when he said all I had to do was walk in with a cold and get service. I tried that, it worked. That same day I was also diagnosed with Graves disease and immediately treated.

Things have really slipped since the establishment has been in charge. There is just no way any vet should have to wait more than a day or so.

I must add to my earlier post, that the Clinton regime terminated my VA med treatment because I made too much money.

Now that I am retired, and a combat vet, I supposedly am qualified. I reapplied 1 1/2 years ago, no answer. I really don’t care. If they are that incompetent, I really do not want that kind of care. I’d rather pay for it downtown.
