No. Rules and law are important. As important as the repeal and revocation of those which are burdensome, unwarranted, disguised bills of attainder, without due process, or unconstitutional.

I thought this was what we paid Congress to do. He needs to request that Congress codify that EOs can be used for daily operations of Administration duties only and that any law or regulation that affects nonadministration personnel must be approved by Congress prior to being enforceable.

No. Rules and law are important.

Obama's EO's/directives are not rules or laws.

They are un-Constitutional legislating from the White House.

Plus there is always civil disobedience

The left does it all the time.
