Saudi Arabia would revert back to the sand pile it once was if we stop buying their oil. Trump will open oil drilling in public land. Add new finds in Texas and the Keystone pipeline and we would have enough oil for hundreds of years.
Almost all oil is traded using the US Dollar. If we stop purchasing oil from them, they would trade in their own currency, and the Dollar value would drop world wide. The Printing presses would stop, as there would be a glut of Dollars.
Yep. And China is not as interested to getting oil from the Middle East, either--they would rather do a joint venture with the Russians to open up oil and natural gas fields in Siberia, which are only pipelines away from shipping it into China.
