this works on two levels, one, I trust Cruz’s constitutional instincts and secondly, the well documented “rivalry” between himself and Trump blunts any collusion accusations..

Hell Yeah!

Cruz might be a shit politician, but the judiciary isn’t FOR politicians. He’s already proven the Washington glitterati doesn’t affect him.

Didn’t sCruz say during the campaign after he dropped out that he is not interested in SCOTUS? So his name isn’t on the list

"Alabama State Justice Roy Moore was suspended for the rest of his term on the State Supreme court."

Being suspended by what I presume are low-information state officials is all the more reason for Trump to consider him.

The ones still childishly attacking him are the least interesting and skippable posters, anyway: I just scroll past them as I have for years.

Maybe the next opening, after we sweep 2018 and have a super-majority in the Senate

Could happen in 2018. 25 of 33 Senators up for election that year are Democrats. With Donald Campaigning for them, saying he needs a friendly Senate to drain the swamp....

Nothing has changed in FR’s stand on Ted Cruz because he’s been proven worse since Cruzers were banned last spring.

Vote Your Conscience... with Hillary’s supporting tweet at the RNC convention?

Cruz has been proven treacherous under fire.

Cruz needs to stay in the Senate until his voting record proves he believes in the Constitution.

Cruz is 9-5 before the Supremes.

************

Thanks. What I read was the 5-4 while he was Solicitor General of Texas. I didn’t
see anything else showing other appearance.

Had sCruz endorsed Trump at the convention and not said he didn want to ne on the SOTUS list he would be on the list.

You have no one to blame but sCruz, but he was thinking Hillary would win and he could run again. But as he saw Trump was moving up he decided to help. Which was good for him. He was my first choice, I saw him and Trump speak in DC,GOTTO SNAKE Cruz’s hand.
