This answers a lot of questions as to why support for Hillary over in European nations was so pronounced.

I think they mistranslated one word:
"...to help reduce maternal and child mortality..."
I think they meant to say reduce maternal and child morality

Norway has better ways to use their money to accomplish their goal of getting all the Jews in Israel exterminated.

Wonder why it’s not reduced by 100%?
Does Norway think Hillary will invite it to a cocktail party?

If true, should be 100 percent. Don’t Norwegians know about throwing away money?

No such thing as coincidence. These reductions are smart thinking.

From Norwegian to English via Auto-Translate so it’s going to be spotty. I wanted the original source to be linked.

There goes the connection with the CF and children again.

If Clinton Foundation donors were the MOB, they would have already broken her and Bill’s legs and sold Chelsea off into the sex trade

Maybe they’re trying to keep on the good side of the Clinton’s on the off chance that Chelsea gets into Congress. That’s the only reason I can think of for an 87% reduction, instead of 100%.

If an entity has literally millions of dollars to invest in charities, why not choose one of their choice and send them the bucks rather than the Clinton Foundation?
