You have to cull the dead voters, the repeat voters and the 13% illegals, no way they can do that in 53 days. Trump can challenge Cali with all their illegal voters which is higher than 13%, Memphi’s dead voters, then you have those in jail or prison who don’t have the franchise to vote any longer but still vote dem every election.
This has to be fixed. Get rid of Motor Voter laws, it is a statutory law and easy to be gotten rid of. Simple majority which we have if the RINOS don’t revolt.

All 6 legislative houses are R. PA is still in session until the 30th; Michigan all year. WI Gov. Walker would have to call a special session.
Do you mean EVERY state legislature, or just some based on state law? (of course we only, possibly, need the three). Where is this codified? Federal law, state law?
Trump’s margin of victory is 74 Electoral Votes... if these 3 States do not certify the electors..... then Trump’s margin is 28 Electors.... that’s essentially means finding 1 Faithless elector from each of remaining States that Trump won to deny him a Majority.... its much easier to bribe 28 people than 74.
Its troubling..... these scumbags aren’t in this just for fun... they have a very intentional purpose.... PA is Democrat Governor....Michigan’s Gov is only lukewarm on Trump....Wisconsin and Michigan are close enough to manufacture enough ballots to flip the results.... So follow the math....

286 - MI finds enough votes to swing the outcome - Trump now at 270
Assume Wisconsin is solid and doesn’t change. -
So now its 270 Trump - 248 Hillary ... Now without PA...Majority is 260
Hillary only needs to flip 10 Faithless Electors.... not that hard, considering they are getting death threats, etc.
