Does anyone think the threats on the electors will change their minds?
No - and they don’t think a recount would change anything - making the States not meet deadlines would potentially negate the votes of those States, effectively disenfranchising the voters of those States. The intent would be to try to claim that trump didn’t have enough electoral votes to equate to a mandate and/or say he was selected (by the Congress if all three States were nullified) instead of being elected.
