ADL: Defender of Anti-Semitism Important Ally in Fight Against Anti-Semitism

ADL: Defender of Anti-Semitism Important Ally in Fight Against Anti-Semitism

Another reminder that the ADL is a partisan left-wing group that is more than happy to whitewash anti-Semitism from the left.

The ADL's left-wing boss, Jonathan Greenblatt, called Keith Ellison, who wants to head the DNC, “an important ally in the fight against anti-Semitism”. That's funny because Ellison's history suggests that he plays for the other side in the fight.

As Jeff Ballabon lays out at length.

Keith Ellison and I were then both 31 years old. He was on record as defending Farrakhan’s anti-Semitism since at least 1989, under the alias of Keith Hakim. But unlike the CBC, which immediately suspended its ties with the Nation of Islam after the vote, Ellison apparently saw no reason to rethink his position. In fact, he continued to identify with Farrakhan and work actively for the Nation of Islam for years after Muhammad’s speech.

In 1995, Ellison himself organized a rally featuring Muhammad—still an outspoken racist and anti-Semite—at the University of Minnesota. Muhammad apparently brought his A-game to the rally, promising that “if words were swords, the chests of Jews, gays and whites would be pierced.”

In 1997, Ellison defended a member of the Minneapolis Initiative Against Racism who said that Jews are “the most racist white people.” In his remarks, Ellison also defended America’s most notorious anti-Semite. “She is correct about Minister Farrakhan,” Ellison insisted. “He is not a racist. He is also not an anti-Semite. Minister Farrakhan is a tireless public servant of Black people…”

In fact, Ellison continued to publicly defend Louis Farrakhan and the Nation of Islam through at least the year 2000, by which time he was serving as a Minnesota state representative. But in 2006, while running for Congress, Ellison evidently had second thoughts about the usefulness of the main public affiliation he had maintained from his early 20s into at least his late 30s, when, responding to concerns voiced by the Jewish Community Relations Council, he claimed that his only involvement with NOI was during an 18-month period supporting Farrakhan’s October 1995 “Million Man March”; that he was unaware of NOI’s anti-Semitism; and that he himself never held nor espoused anti-Semitic views. Most of that is demonstrably false, the remainder begs skepticism.

Today, Ellison still traffics in libels and lies, but about the Jewish State—a form of anti-Semitic propaganda that, unlike calling Jews “bloodsuckers” or blaming them for the Holocaust, is now socially and politically acceptable on the left. There are rules to this game, of course. Thus, on a trip to Israel in June 2016, Ellison tweeted a photo of a sign, hung on a residential window in Hebron, that labeled Israel being guilty of “apartheid.” Ellison’s comment reinforced the libel.

This is what the ADL considers fighting against anti-Semitism. The ADL doesn't fight against anti-Semitism either. It fights for the left.

Where does the self loathing and self destructiveness come from?

My Jewish friend whom I respected a lot at an old job said Jews fight for blacks and other groups because they know what it’s like to be there.

That’s great. But HE WAS VERY PRO ISRAEL. And he KNEW what the arabs were.

And he wouldn’t go walking through harlem alone at 3am, nor was he naive enough to take minorities’ sides no matter what.

I wish my friend was in charge of the ADL.

This JERK Greenblatt said he’d register as a muslim if there was a registry.

Someone should give him the heads up that we will consider him a muslim if he does that.

What is the CBC? (Canadian Broadcasting Company?). Also what vote is he talking about?

When the enemy is busy firing at its own troops, maybe we shouldn’t interfere.

I hope Ellison gets the job as head of the DNC. That shoe fits. Quite well. The campaign slogans would be worth gold.

Many Jews in this country only support Israel in the abstract, if at all. They don’t look at being anti-Israel as anti-Semitism but rather as a geo-political tool to advance their larger domestic goals. How can they see it any different? The most vocal defenders of Israel in the US are White Christian Evangelicals whom they despise more than the Islamists. But if Trump or any Republican for that matter sided with Islamists on the fate of Israel, you would see these same people scream bloody murder and claim it to be evidence of anti-Semitism.

Nigel Farage says we have a Corporatist political system that brings together big banks, big corporations and big government.

The Corporatists do business with Arab-Muslim money and want to keep on doing that business.

The Gulf Arabs are big players in the “Arab Spring” which installed a “Muslim Brotherhood” government in Egypt.

The other “Muslim Brotherhood” state, Erdogan’s Turkey, is sending its troops into northern Syria now.

But the Turkish regime is also sending aircraft to fight brush fires in Israel.

The ADL Jews are Corporatist Jews of the “Israel Lobby”, which features speakers like John McCain at its events, guys that supported the “Arab Spring” Libyan and Syrian civil wars big time.

Perhaps these Corporatists are perfectly happy with Ellison as DNC leader......

Jonathan Greenblatt, the grossly self-deluded person who might be a Jew (depends on what his mother was), is pathetic. He obviously has no ethnic self-pride, so he has to graft himself onto that of a person of a completely different ethnic group. He obviously has no religious training, so he substitutes libtardism for Judaism. I pay no more attention to him than I would a butterfly flitting across my garden on a summer day. In fact, the butterfly would garner more of my attention than this very sad excuse for the leader of a once-Jewish organization now morphed into a libtard entity.

In 2010, Abe Foxman chose to defend the antisemite, Arrow Cross member, and unindicted Holocaust criminal George Soros because he owned the Democrat party and had Jewish grandparents. Now the Soros Defense League is run by a former employee of Soros and underling of Valerie Jarrett. Of course the Soros Defense League defends any antisemite on the left. That is its new mission.

Any "Jewish" organization that refuses to condemn Soros is an antisemitic front group.

No. The Muslim Brotherhood campaign was an antisemitic anti-Israel campaign, which included trying to end the peace between Israel and Egypt by giving Egypt to the Muslim brotherhood, and ensuring war with Syria by giving them to Al Qaeda.

My sense of the Arab Spring is that it was an anti-Iranian campaign with Gulf Arabs-Saudi, Qatari interests playing a big role, along with the Neocons in the US-all known as supporters of Israel and strong vocal opponents of Iran.

The Turks were also involved since Erdogan was a big promoter of the Muslim Brotherhood’s Morsi in Egypt and the Turks are now meddling in Syria.

The Turks under Erdogan have had rough moments with Israel but the original Jewish setters of the modern era were Turkish subjects and Ben Gurion studied in Istanbul.

The Turks are sending fire fighting aircraft to assist Israel with the brushfires.

Perhaps the Anti-Semitism of the Brotherhood is window dressing for the masses of people.

The whole Arab Spring thing including the Syrian Civil War benefits Israel by isolating Iran and giving the anti-Iranian Saudi-Qatari-Turkish interests dominance of the region.

Obama had his policy, the Saudis, Qataris had theirs along with Neocons.......Perhaps they knew what their end game was.

Opening up Iran and lifting sanctions meant American companies could do some business there. The GOP enabled the Iran deal with the 2/3 threshold to kill it in the Corker Bill.

Boeing was cited as an example by Rush Limbaugh. Spare parts for all of their planes and so on sold back in the days of the Shah.

But the isolation policy of the “Arab Spring” revolutions would compensate for the strengthened Iran by cutting if off from allies plus some other things happening in the defense industry.

While Iran is developing nuclear weapons, its no secret Israel and the United States (with Obama’s approval) are jointly developing anti ballistic missile technology.

I’ve read that Israel’s short range anti-missile technology is set to go to the Gulf region through an American company as a defensive measure against Iran.

Boeing is also selling aircraft to the Gulf with Kuwait and Qatar getting planes to oppose Iran.

As the ABM technology rolls out in Israel it will create a ‘balance of power’ in the region.

And now after Obama did what he did with Republican help (Corker Bill) and the business community made its $$$$ dealing with Iran, the sanctions are set to be put up again by Trump and the new GOP Congress.

I think you need to pay a bit more attention. The neo-Jacobin wing of neoconservatives were screaming "Islamophobia" at Michelle Bachmann and others who brought up the terrorist history of the Muslim Brotherhood, Huma Abedin's past, and the Obama-Clinton-McCain treason vis a vis the Islamist Spring.

These idiots believe(d) that dictatorship radicalized Muslims and that anyone oppose the dictators, whether they were anti-American socialists or the Muslim Brotherhood should be supported.

Whatever political delusion or mental illness took hold of them, their tactics and strategy were objectively anti-Israel. As for Iran, Egypt was an opponent of Iran. Iran was happy to work with the Muslim Brotherhood in the past.

Erdogan wants to have European and American support. Stopping fires taht hurt Arabs and Jews is a smart move. But it isn't about Israel. It is about international support, even as Turkey threatens to send a new wave of Islamic settlers/"refugees" into Europe, if the EU rejects Erdogan's Turkey. The whole Arab Spring thing including the Syrian Civil War benefits Israel by isolating Iran and giving the anti-Iranian Saudi-Qatari-Turkish interests dominance of the region.

The Sunnis are losing in Turkey. Iran took over Yemen. Iran is developing nuclear weapons shielded by Obama and Putin. Some loss.

I called this BS 4 years ago. http://nycright.blogspot.com/2012/02/best-way-to-stop-iranian-nuclear-weapon.html

YOu assume that ballistic missiles are the only delivery mechanism for nukes as if cargo ships, oil tankers, and modified jetliners don't exist.
You also forget that a nuclear Iran is Hizbullah's protector.
