The commission set up a timeline for the recount: Cost estimates and vote tabulation method must be provided by county clerks on Monday; Stein and Rocky De La Fuente, an independent candidate who also asked for a recount, must pay for the recounts on Tuesday; a teleconference will take place on Wednesday to outline the process; and the rules and the recount will officially begin by Thursday.

BTW, did you know that De La Fuente filed his recount petition from Cuba with the help of the state department? He also walked away with $7 million in government funds.
This is dedicated to all the suckers out there.
I thought she had to pay it (Wisconsin) in full by Friday November 25, 2016 or so I remember reading.
Well apparently she has until Tuesday because they had to estimate the costs which means whatever she pays Tuesday is only a down payment. The state will need more and will have to pay additional costs.
Hey Snowflakes, “Feel the Rock”......De La Fuente in 2020!
You cannot pay costs until the State estimates costs.
Wisconsin Elections Commission unanimously okays timeline for presidential recount
MADISON The Wisconsin Elections Commission has unanimously
approved a timeline for the presidential vote recount in the state.
Heres a look at what was established on Monday morning, November 28th:
4:30 p.m. Monday: Wisconsin Elections Commission will provide estimated recount
fee to the petitioning candidates. (A preliminary estimate is around $1.1 million.)
4:30 p.m. Tuesday: Petitioning candidates must pay recount
fee in full.
10 a.m. Wednesday: Elections Commission will hold a
teleconference with clerks about the recount process.
Thursday, Dec. 1: Commission wants the recount to begin
in all 72 counties.
Monday, Dec. 12: Commission wants county clerks to submit
recount results by 8:00 p.m.
Tuesday, Dec. 13: Commission will meet to certify results
by federally mandated deadline.
As of now, county clerks are allowed to conduct recount by hand or by machine. That would
change only if a judge orders clerks to hand-count all ballots.
It will be very interesting to see who pays what.
Will Stein pay the estimated $1 million? Will De La Fuente smoking his Havanas in Cuba pay some? Will Hillary pay some?
What is that saying? Money talks a BS walks!!! My bet is that BS walks.
.....wonder how many identities Rocky has?.....and how many US govt checks he's cashing?......
What was the 7 million for ?
I keep saying over and over again that nothing is happening until money is paid. The rest is a waste of time.
Yes, I get that, but delaying until tomorrow is not “promptly”.

Apparently he got $7 million in federal funds and claims it has all been spent from Cuba where there is no extradition treaty.
Yep you are correct and the timeline is laid out.
4:30 p.m. Tuesday: Petitioning candidates must pay recount
fee in full.
No limit to amount given and also I believe pledges were anonymous
Bkmk.
so most of Jill’s pledges were Trump supporters screwing with her
Apparently the PA recount is now dead!

The pledges were from Hillary snowflakes desperate for another hit of delusion. I can’t see Trumpets contributing to her scam.
Will Jill have to pay taxes on the money she got for the recounts? This isn’t part of any political campaign nor is she a tax free entity.
