The short version in WI is that since the optical scanners used to machine-count the votes are not connected to the internet in any way, there is no possibility for “hacking”, and state law says the only time a hand recount can be required is when the petitioner can prove that a) the machine reliability is somehow in doubt and b) that it can reasonably be expected that a hand recount will change the outcome of the election. Stein fails both tests.
It seems clear that Stein’s push for a hand recount is based on the knowledge that it will take much longer - long enough they hope - that it won’t be completed before the Dec. 12 deadline.
Stalling, disrupting, and discrediting the Trump administration are clearly the goal of Stein and her sugardaddy Soros. That and turning the Dem anger into a new “Moveon” type movement as Soros has so successfully done in the past...with Dr. Jill Stein at the head of it, no doubt.
