That is what we were thinking of. Is there a brand better than another? I know Rush advertises Rinnai (sp?).
We have a tankless water heater and love it. The only bad thing about them is if you lose power, you lose hot water.
I went to Lowes. They found one that I could install with changing beakers , wires etc. It needs both electrical and plumbing knowledge.
I have 40/40 double breaker. They also make ones that work for 30//30.
That is a gas water heater IIRC. My old one is a Bosch. Their are cheaper models out with higher rating. Look up Lowes, HD etc to see ratings. My local salesperson knew what had to be done. Enough electricity coming in box etc is a must.
