i think in new york anyone living at one address for more then 30 days is considered a resident with rights. Good luck getting rid of them
Wow, that’s about 700$ more a month than my mortgage and maintenance was when I lived in NY. (thank goodness I moved out of state btw)
I could have taken in “homeless” coworkers, who would have gotten “free” rent and made out really well.
