I see a lot of posts and articles on the web stating that Stein has no standing and how can she possibly think she can win. But it appears some are missing what I believe is the point of this whole charade - to postpone or prevent one or more states from filing their EV. This way Hillary and Dems can claim Trump isn’t America’s President. I know Trump doesn’t care what the Media or Dems say, but for the average American, the Stein maneuvers cause a lot of chaos.
I know the Trump lawyers are looking at this very carefully, but if this goes to the Supreme Court, more delays. Eventually it will turn out ok, but still there is cause for some concern that Clinton will “pad” the ballot box - somehow. Hopefully MI gets thrown out and WI ends up with Trump getting more votes.
One area that I’ve been looking at is Nevada. The third party candidate filed a petition and some counties are in full recount (esp. Clark county - Las Vegas). If he can get 17 votes (1 %) in the recount, there is an automatic statewide recount. Wouldn’t that be interesting since Hillary won the state by only 20,000 votes or so.
