From Media: “The Green Party says it’s switching strategy in its bid to force a statewide recount of Pennsylvania’s Nov. 8 presidential election, won by Republican Donald Trump.
Hours after dropping a state court case, it said late Saturday night that it’ll go to federal court instead. A statement from the lead lawyer for the recount campaign says it’ll seek an emergency federal court order for the recount. It says barriers to a recount in Pennsylvania are pervasive and the state court system isn’t equipped to address the problem.”

Which means they may have found or bought off a judge that will grant it.
Would it have cost less if she hadn’t missed the recount deadline on purpose?
Never mind the facts that she missed well known in state PA recount deadlines to start with.
She also cannot provide any prima facia evidence of fraud or tabulation error as PA laws require for their state courts to order a statewide recount.
The state of Pennsylvania has done nothing unconstitutional or illegal in regards to her recount/challenge petition and she cannot provide any evidence the state is acting unconstitutionally in any way.
I predict her case will get tossed out of Federal court since there are no federal issues in play and she cannot provide evidence of fraud or error that would justify a statewide recount.
Also she still had options of appeal at the state level she didn’t pursue like tomorrow’s cancelled PA state court hearing. The $1 million dollar bond she was required to out up is part of PA state law. Federal courts don’t usually like to intervene in state issues to begin with but usually require you exhaust all legal options at the state level before they even consider intervening!!
