I think a teenager can commit adult acts. From having sex to murder.

It was a rhetorical question. I think teenagers are completely capable of committing adult crimes and acting like an adult, although they clearly lack experience.

For example why is it that a teenager can be tried as an adult for murder but is "just a child" if they spread their legs and have sex outside of marriage?

Both are natural sins. And I see an inconsistency with what man's law says is right and wrong vs. God's view.

Either a teenage is an adult (A young one I will admit if that is the standard) or they are a child. If a child then they are not responsible for what they do. If an adult then they can make decisions like an adult at any level.

I am only pointing out an inconsistency in the logic here.

I had thought and hoped that was the case, just checking to make sure my thought regarding your remark was correct.

“I am only pointing out an inconsistency in the logic here.”

Inconsistency is not at all rare in the workings of the law!
