They already have several systems for transferring money to blacks: welfare, ebt cards, housing chits, affirmative-action, equal-opportunity, medicaid, nobama phones and so forth. Stop them all. Maybe, then, these slugs will try “working”.

Reminds me of Al Goracle’s scam. Give money and I will plant trees to combat your evil carbon footprint. I guess we no longer teach the carbon cycle. Most life on Earth is carbon based. I even remember a website where one could quesstimate one’s carbon footprint, and then donate money to make up for all the carbon you caused to be released. It was made to be similar to when, in the Middle Ages, royalty would pay money to the church in order to be absolved of one’s sins. Obambi has recently taken it to the next level. Advanced countries that have used hydrocarbons for centuries now have to pay back for all the evil carbon used to build your civilization. And guess which country has the steepest carbon ‘debt.’ You guessed it, the evil U S of A. When Obambi takes control of the United Nations, he will come after that number one enemy, America.
