Plain as day. All of this is nothing BUT an attempt to flip the results, or it wouldn’t matter ONE IOTA if a MI Justice is on Trump’s SCOTUS list.

Exxxxxcelent point!!!IANAL, but wouldn’t that point open the way to a finding that Stein does not have standing to make the argument about Trump's favorable inclination toward the justices in question?
And again, the fact that Trump won nationally - which Stein’s suit nominally does not contest, and which does not depend only on the Michigan result - implies that the justices in question are suitable for SCOTUS. And if suitable for SCOTUS, then suitable for a mere exercise in critiquing "the integrity of the electoral process”.
