Maybe. Stein will appeal to the MI Supreme Court, and if losing there she will be back into Judge Goldsmith’s court where she will win again. This will go on another week or more, during which case the recount continues under Goldsmith’s original order. Goldsmith won’t change his original order on the recount, but will find another angle to continue it.

Can’t feds order Goldsmith to cease, desist, and GTFO?

If I read all this correctly, the 6th Circuit ruling overrules that federal judge and instruct the MI AG and the MI courts to follow their state laws.

Except she and her lawyers will ask that TWO of the MI SC judges recuse themselves because Trump mentioned them for SC picks and they would biased.

That's my bet for popcorn too.
