With a 4-4 SC this has the potential for absolute chaos with each region being ruled by its federal circuit court. This could bring the country to the brink. The Founding Fathers were brilliant but they really screwed up when it came limiting the power of the courts.
They did pretty well with regard to elections. This was a decision by the Michigan Court of Appeals based upon state law.
As I said to another poster, this seems to be the plan of liberals.
I wonder if that was Gödel’s Loophole... the Courts...
