Theres been a seemingly endless line of people showing up at Trump Tower for meetings with the President Elect, providing the press pool with fodder for non-stop speculation. One of the more flamboyant figures on the guest list was Laura Ingraham, who took her turn yesterday. When word of her scheduled appearance first broke, our colleague Jim Jamitis at RedState (no fan of Trumps to be sure) noted that she had been an early supporter of Trumps so this probably wasnt much of a surprise.
The most likely bet among the prognosticating class is that Ingraham is being considered for a job as Press Secretary. As Jim reports, Laura had previously said she would consider the post, but would prefer to be helping make policy rather than just broadcasting it. Still, if there are no other seats open at the table, would she really want to replace Josh Earnest? Now that the prospect is becoming more real, some in the media seem to be hitting the panic button. (Politico, emphasis added)
If Ingraham would be more interested in policy than previous White House press secretaries, she would also be less interested in the press.

Love her, but Trump simply MUST stop the Presidency from working for the globalist liberal media. The way it is now, they rule over our elected leaders.
If a media source colludes with one side, they should not be given White House access, nor flown about the country or coddled or fed. Change the paradigm of that White House Press room.
If Laura is the media rep, have her coordinate Trump’s own speeches or pressers should he choose them, and have her deliver her own statements for him as well.
I’d like the administration to patronize social media methods that are respectful to all. While he uses twitter and YouTube now, I’d have him insist that these platforms demonstrate full understanding of the first amendment or he will choose competing platforms.
Sean Hannity is very right on this and I’m glad he is pushing for it.
I don't disagree with anything you said, but Laura already said if she was asked she would accept. Personally I think it would be stupid for her to accept.
Your argument is with her not me.
Yes but, no one can turn down the request of a President unless there are extreme circumstances
I could live with that and even like it!
Sotomayor and Kagan would be so busy getting makeovers and dieting that they'd have no time to argue their opinions!
