Philly judge: Decision coming Monday on Stein's petition for statewide recount

A federal judge in Philadelphia will rule Monday on the Green Party-backed petition for a Pennsylvania recount, leaving just one day before the state needs to certify its presidential vote total for the electoral college.

Judge Paul Diamond signaled his plan after a Friday afternoon hearing in which supporters of Green Party nominee Jill Stein pushed their bid for a recount, citing concerns about the integrity of Pennsylvania's voting system and the technology it uses.

Stein has done everything to assure her agenda is disruptive to the max and timed to be implemented "at the last minute". This allows little or no time for any reaction that would nullify this fiasco if the judge rules for a recount.

This is a page right out of the anarchists manual. Make all kinds of allegations, ridicule any countering response and make every attempt to win by using the system to defeat itself.

Decision by judge to be made one day before the Federal certification deadline. I kinda doubt this judge is going to order the State of Pennsylvania to commence a recount that’s in contradiction of State law one day before the election cert date on a basis as likely as “androids from outer space living among us” according to Pennsylvania Secretary of State’s office.

If the election winds up being decided by Congress, Jeb Bush will probably win.

No, PA will have electoral college votes. PA law requires a prima facie case that fraud occurred. Stein has already publicly admitted she does not have such. Game. Over.
