Agree, but that is only the case AFTER high noon on January 20.

Before that - all bets are off.

There is that little known protest provision that can be exercised in Congress.

But personally I think this is the long game - liberalism is a disease that is chronic, not acute, and the cure remains elusive.

This is correct for removal. They are still talking about preventing his election. Which can still be done, but it won’t happen. It would however be totally Constitutional if they pulled it off.
