Each Certificate of Ascertainment lists the
* names of the Electors chosen by the voters and the number of votes received
* names of all other candidates for Elector and the number of votes received
The Governor of each State prepares seven original Certificates of Ascertainment listing the persons appointed as Electors as soon as possible after the November election. Each Certificate must be signed by the Governor and carry the seal of the State. But, Federal law does not govern the general appearance of the Certificate of Ascertainment. Click on the links below to view each state's Certificate of Ascertainment from the 2016 Presidential Election.
Certificates will be posted as they are received and verified for completeness and accuracy. State links will become live once certificates are posted. If a link is not live yet, check back later.

It’s over! There’s now THIRTY EVers who want to see the evidence against Russia before the EV!
Problem is, 29 are dems lol.
Oddest protest in history. They’re protesting their right to vote for their party’s pick :)
But politico threw that 30 number out there.
MSM isn’t even reporting on this nonsense.
That’s when you KNOW it’s nonsense.
Well, the primary voice among those electors is Nancy Pelosi’s own daughter so you know the whole thing is bogus and smells like dead fish.
Interesting how few are online when the vote is only a few days away.
The certificates are issued after the vote on Dec. 19. If you mean the elector lists only, they didn’t need to be finalized until yesterday (Dec. 13). Putting stuff on line can be slow for bureaucracies.
That’s an insult to dead fish :)
These get filled in as the States submit them:

I think iowamark is referring to this list, the PDFs get put online and there’s a clickable link once that’s done:
https://www.archives.gov/federal-register/electoral-college/2016/certificates-of-ascertainment.html
The main page of the site talks about the certificates of vote & the electoral college results; these aren’t clickable links till after the 19th:

Yes. Thanks!
Jjotto,
So what you are saying is, between the 13th and the 19th, is when those elector list links go live as each state submits the document.
I noticed the list has been constant since Monday/Tuesday; theres 24 up to now (wee hrs Thursday morning).
Lol...true!
