You’re right; watch “Abandoned” episodes and you’ll see exactly what happens when there are no white men to maintain an area. Some locations are in the US, but look like they’re in post-colonial Kenya. Things as simple as cutting back weeds are alien to many non-whites in America.
Apparently non-white Third Worlders have experienced “Life Without White People” and are now streaming into the remaining (but dwindling) bastions of Whiteness (Europe and North America).
